Ingredients
- 1 cup plant-based milk (almond, soy, oat)
- 1 banana (frozen for extra creaminess)
- 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds
- 1 tbsp nut butter (optional)
- 1 tsp maple syrup or agave (if needed for sweetness)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender, starting with the liquid.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
- Add more liquid if the smoothie is too thick.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
