Quick, Nutritious and GreenSpoon Plant-Based Drink

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plant-based milk (almond, soy, oat)
  • 1 banana (frozen for extra creaminess)
  • 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds
  • 1 tbsp nut butter (optional)
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or agave (if needed for sweetness)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender, starting with the liquid.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add more liquid if the smoothie is too thick.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Pro Tip

Add a handful of spinach or kale for an extra nutritional boost – it won't change the taste significantly but adds important vitamins and minerals.
