Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In two serving glasses or bowls, layer the ingredients starting with yogurt.
  2. Add a layer of mixed berries.
  3. Sprinkle with a layer of granola.
  4. Repeat the layers, ending with berries on top.
  5. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup.
  6. Sprinkle with chia seeds if using.
  7. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
  8. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours (add granola just before serving to keep it crunchy).

Pro Tip

For a more indulgent dessert, add a layer of dark chocolate shavings or a dollop of whipped coconut cream on top. You can also substitute the berries with any seasonal fruits like peaches, mangoes, or bananas.
